Ragin’ Cajuns takes you deep into the Louisiana Bayou and introduces you to six fearless captains who are risking it all to strike “white gold” during their 3-month long white shrimp season.

These commercial fishermen have been dealt a tough hand. After finally digging themselves out of the hole Hurricane Katrina created, they suffered a second blow with the 2010 oil spill, which soiled the waters and devastated the white shrimp population.
Determined to pick up the pieces and create a good life for their families, these Ragin’ Cajuns aren’t willing to let adversity get them down. Between bar fights and boat fights, shrimping for food and scrimping for cash, these Ragin’ Cajuns work hard and play even harder.
